New campaign
Design happens in two parts: the campaign setup — what customers see and fill in — then the insight report setup — what the AI will produce from their responses. At each step the AI can propose or check — you decide.
🔑
Once here; it powers all the proposals and reviews below. Demo only, never stored — in production the AI runs server-side and the key is never exposed.
1Campaign setup The topic, the questions and the settings
The subject and goals guide your campaign and stay in your hands. The title and introduction are what the customer sees.
🎙️ One mic, here at the start: describe your project out loud (subject, business goals, expected report) if you'd rather speak. Otherwise, type it. The rest is filled in by keyboard.
The different points you're trying to clarify. List them one by one.

AIWould you like the AI to propose a campaign from your subject and goals? — title, introduction and questions
Build the campaign freely below.
The campaign questions
Add your questions in the order the customer will see them (↑ ↓ to reorder). For each, choose its type — free text, checkboxes or scale. Each question can be required or optional, and can appear only depending on the answer to an earlier question.
Campaign settings
🎙️At the start of the campaign, the customer can tell their experience by voice (or in writing) if they wish. They can add to it or start over at any time, and a reminder offers it again at the end. It's automatic — nothing to set.
If "Yes", the AI may ask a few follow-up questions after the answers, on the customer's side.
✎ Campaign changed — re-validate it: the AI will offer to review it again, and the report stays as you set it.
AIYou wrote or edited this campaign. Would you like the AI to review it (coherence, logic, clarity) before continuing?
The report setup opens once the campaign is validated.
2Insight report What the AI will produce from the responses
What should the AI report contain?
From the responses, the AI will produce a structured report organized into three sections — summary, recurring themes, statistics. Specify what each should contain.
1 · Summary
Always produced: an executive summary, and an answer to each of your goals.
2 · Recurring themes
The customer always gives a spoken account at the start of the campaign: there is always material to analyze. The AI draws out the themes that recur, a summary of what stands out, and representative quotes — proposed by default.
Draw out recurring themes from the spoken account (and open-ended answers, if any)
Representative quotes (anonymized)
The substantive topics the analysis must address explicitly.
3 · Statistics & trends
Quantitative processing of closed questions (checkboxes and scales).
Segments to compare results across — e.g. product, plan, region, channel, customer type.
Describe each table; the AI will fill it from the responses.
📎Whatever content you choose, the raw export of responses (CSV/JSON) is automatically attached to every report.
AIYou changed the report. Would you like the AI to check that it can be produced from your questions?
